Warehouse AW15 - Our Picks

As the Dublin Fashion Festival kicked off yesterday, this week seems like an appropriate time to preview some of the new clothes that will be hitting some of our favourite shops this Autumn/Winter. It's getting a bit cooler, which I have to confess I love, and winter clothes just excite me so much more than summer ones. New boots, opaque tights, cosy knits and (faux) fur? Yes please. Last week we were lucky enough to get a little sneak peek at what Warehouse has in store for us for the next few months.

The collection definitely has a seventies bohemian feel to it, with lots of suede, fur and prints. Warehouse do classics so so well though, and there is still room for them in this collection, with staple knits, investment coats and work-friendly dresses. Leather, black and victoriana vibes feature heavily, as well as plenty of glitzy pieces for the party season. If Sarah Lund style jumpers are your thing, Warehouse can also sort you out!

The leather jacket above was my absolute favourite item in the collection. A leather jacket should be a staple in anyone's wardrobe (IMHO!), and that mongolian fur trim at the bottom is removable which makes it even more versatile. It's so gorgeous and feels super luxurious. Definitely on my AW wishlist.  Here's a closer look at it:

As I mentioned, there's a heavy seventies influence in the collection and Mags fell in love with this fabulous suede coat. This is from the premium range, costs a not-insignificant £350stg (about €480) and will be available later this month. Imagine the heads you'd turn walking down Grafton Street in this ;-)

We also loved this ombré fur gilet, £75stg, available this month.

On the more practical end of things is this gorgeous navy wool peacoat.

Some of the other things that caught our eye:

This gorge feather trim leather skirt is just one of many leather skirts in the collection.

This feather dress is £75stg and will be in stores in October. It's also available as a top.

Shoes, glorious shoes

The campaign images make me want it to be cold - now!

The collection is already arriving into Warehouse stores and online.  See anything you like?
